We are a 23 bedroom budget bed & breakfast guest house in Great Yarmouth. All rooms include Digital Freeview TV with Music channels, radio in fact 40 chanels of your favourite TV rubbish!!! A good supply of Tea, Coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits & bottled water. Late breakfast, from 9am to 4pm (at local cafe just 50 metres away), Late check-in (after 9.00pm by arrangement) & late check-out and free parking permits, Just ask when booking. we are just 30 secs to the seafront and beach & 3 minutes to the town centre, & within staggering distance of all the pubs & clubs! We have single, double, twin & family rooms, travel cot & put up beds are available free. We have washing, laundry, ironing, clock radio/DVD/irons/Hair dryer's all available on request, ample on street parking & parking permit for free on request. 24 hour own key access & we are covered by CCTV for your security Prices are room only. Breakfast £4.00 pppn or £2.00 for a child extra. Please note we are NOT en-suite. 1 Night stays in high season & some weekends subject to prior hotel approval , Most Bank Holidays are 2/3 nights minimum.
